The MIN02-002EC101J-F is a high-power, surface-mount multilayer mica RF capacitor designed for high-frequency applications. It provides a capacitance of 100 pF with a tolerance of ±5% and is rated for 300 Vdc. This component operates over a wide temperature range of -55 ºC to +200 ºC with no voltage derating and features a temperature coefficient of –20 to +100 ppm/ºC. Its nonmagnetic construction and very low ESL make it ideal for use in RF power amplifiers, MRI coils, plasma generators, and other high-power RF equipment.
