CT10-1540-G4 is an encapsulated molded dry reed switch featuring single-pole single-throw (SPST) configuration with normally open ruthenium contacts. The device is designed for SMD pick-and-place mounting with a Gull Wing Version 2 lead configuration (19.6 mm length) and operates with a sensitivity range of 10-40 AT (ampere-turns). It delivers a maximum switched power of 10 W, supports DC voltages up to 200 V and AC voltages up to 140 V RMS, with a maximum switched current of 500 mA and carry current of 0.5 A. The switch maintains excellent reliability across an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, with vibration resistance of 10 G and shock resistance of 100 G, making it ideal for proximity sensing, security alarm sensors, level sensors, and flow sensing applications.
