RSF86H100R is a compact external level switch designed for mounting through tank walls via 1/2"NPT thread without requiring internal tank access. The switch features a Polyphenylene Sulphide (PPS) housing in grey color, rated for 100VA switching power with a maximum AC voltage of 300V and maximum DC voltage of 300V at 1A switching current. It operates over a temperature range of -10°C to +120°C with a minimum fluid specific gravity of 0.85, offering a must-close level of 9mm and must-open level of 24mm at SG=1. The switch can be configured for either make-on-rise (N/O) or make-on-fall (N/C) action by simple 180° rotation, and includes 100cm PVC flying leads with 16/0.2 gauge. This device is ideal for monitoring diesel generator fuel levels, hydraulic oil levels, and gearbox oil levels in industrial and mobile applications, with WRAS, UL, and NSF approvals ensuring compliance with major regulatory standards.
