The 21011-85 is a 375 Series 3-pole double-throw (3PDT) 30 amp power relay manufactured by Deltrol Controls, designed to control electrical loads in industrial and commercial applications. This relay features a 240 VAC coil with a nominal coil power of 4.6 VA and operates with a pickup voltage of 85% or less of nominal, with an operate time of approximately 15 milliseconds. The contacts are constructed from 1/4" diameter silver cadmium oxide material, rated for 30 amp at 300 VAC (80% power factor), 30 amp at 28 VDC, and 2 HP at 240/277 VAC with 100,000 cycle endurance. The relay is housed in a PPS engineering thermoplastic panel with a clear polycarbonate cover (94V2 flammability rating) and includes a coil molded in Rynite® PET providing Class F temperature insulation. With an electrical life of 100,000 operations at rated load and mechanical life of 10,000,000 operations, this relay serves as a low-cost alternative to small contactors for electric heat, motor control, and power supply applications.
