This convex lens light pipe features a 3mm diameter output and 0.800 inch (20.32 mm) length, with a mounting hole size of 0.115 inches (+0.003, -0.002) and minimum panel thickness of 0.030 inches (0.762 mm). The device is precision molded from RoHS compliant UL94-V0 water clear polycarbonate with an oxygen index of 35%, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C. The convex lens style provides optimal viewing angles for single and multiple colored LED applications, and the press-fit design enables easy installation on front panels with PCBs parallel to the panel surface.
