The 515-1362-03-50F is a right-angle vertical panel mount Optopipe® light pipe designed to route LED indication from a perpendicular PCB to a front panel with a 5mm diameter output. It features a convex lens with diffused textured finish and is precision molded from UL94-V0, water-clear polycarbonate with halogen-free material composition. The light pipe is secured to the front panel using a press-fit mounting system with a hole size of 0.156" ± 0.002" and supports a minimum panel thickness of 0.063" (1.6 mm) for protruded mounting. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, this component is optimized for use with Dialight surface mount LEDs (PLCC-2 and PLCC-4 configurations) and provides a cost-effective solution for bringing visual indication to instrument panels and control interfaces.
