OPC-11MDIF is a medium diffused adhesive-backed lens module designed for LUXEON Rebel LEDs, featuring a 10° half divergence angle for balanced light distribution. The lens is constructed from optical grade polycarbonate 143R material and incorporates an integral self-adhesive pad with 0.4 mm thickness for secure mounting on LED assemblies. It includes 3 alignment tabs to ensure accurate placement over the LED, and delivers greater than 80% optical efficiency while minimizing hot spots and fringing in color mixing applications. The frosted diffused design provides even light output with smooth tailoff characteristics. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +110°C, this lens is ideal for applications requiring controlled beam spreading and uniform illumination in compact lighting designs.
