BAT54CW-AQ is an SMD small signal Schottky diode with a common anode configuration, designed for high-speed switching, signal processing, and polarity protection applications. The device features a maximum average forward current of 200 mA, forward voltage drop below 240 mV at 0.1 mA, and a reverse recovery time of less than 5 ns, enabling extremely fast switching performance.
