The FR1A is a fast recovery SMD rectifier diode designed for medium-frequency rectification applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 50 V and a surge peak reverse voltage (VRSM) of 50 V, with a maximum average forward rectified current of 1 A at 100°C junction temperature. The diode exhibits a reverse recovery time of less than 150 ns and a forward voltage drop below 1.3 V at 1 A, ensuring efficient switching performance. With a peak forward surge current rating of 30 A (50 Hz) or 32 A (60 Hz) and a junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C, the FR1A is well-suited for snubber circuits, bootstrap diodes, and general rectification in commercial and industrial applications. The device is housed in an SMA (~DO-214AC) package and complies with RoHS and REACH regulations.
