FR1K is a fast recovery SMD rectifier diode designed for medium-frequency rectification, snubber, and bootstrap applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 800 V and a surge peak reverse voltage (VRSM) of 800 V, with a maximum average forward rectified current of 1 A at 100°C junction temperature. The diode exhibits a reverse recovery time of less than 500 ns and a forward voltage drop of less than 1.3 V at 1 A forward current, ensuring efficient switching performance.
