SL1M is a standard recovery SMD rectifier diode designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification and power supply applications. It features a maximum average forward rectified current of 1 A at 50°C, a forward voltage drop of less than 1.1 V at 1 A, and a periodic peak reverse voltage rating of 1000 V with a surge peak reverse voltage of 1000 V. The device exhibits a typical reverse recovery time of approximately 1000 ns and operates over a junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C.
