The HAT902ASDC24 is a heavy-duty SPDT electromechanical relay from the HAT-900 series designed for high-current switching applications with DC coil operation. It features 40A continuous rated current on the normally open contact and 20A on the normally closed contact, with silver cadmium oxide contact material on a copper base for reliable performance. The relay operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 105°C (Class F), maintains contact resistance of 20 mO maximum at initial value, and provides 10 MO minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC with 2000 VAC dielectric strength between contact and coil. Pull-in voltage is 75% of nominal at 25°C, drop-out voltage is 10% minimum, and maximum continuous rated voltage is 110% of nominal.
