AN0024101 is a PowerLock high-current power connector designed for demanding industrial and power distribution applications. It features a single-pole configuration with current ratings of either 400 A or 660 A continuous, operating at 1000 VAC / 1000 VDC according to DIN EN 61984. The connector employs a bayonet locking mechanism with a secondary locking pin for secure mating, and includes IP2X finger-touch protection with an insulated end cap on the source connector. Contact materials are brass (up to 400 A) or copper (up to 660 A) with silver plating, housed in PBT high-temperature thermoplastic. The connector withstands a test voltage of 4500 V AC, a short-circuit rating of 16 kA for 1 s (34 kA peak), and maintains contact resistance below 0.1 mOhm. With an operating temperature range of -30°C to +125°C, IP67 ingress protection when mated, and 500 mating cycles, this connector is ideal for power generation, distribution systems, and industrial equipment requiring reliable high-current connections with enhanced safety features.
