MDM-9PCBRP-A174-F222 is a Micro-D metal shell PCB connector designed for high-density, high-reliability board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable applications. This 9-contact plug connector features a condensed right angle (CBR) board mount termination with 0.050" (1.27 mm) contact spacing and a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) insulator. The shell finish is electroless nickel (A174), and the connector supports dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level and insulation resistance of 5,000 megohms minimum. It is rated for thermal shock from -55°C to +125°C and vibration resistance up to 20 G's. Common applications include flex circuitry, flat cable, and printed circuit board interconnections where space-saving and reliable performance are required.
