The MCP6542T-E/SN is a dual comparator designed for low-power, single-supply applications. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and features a very low typical quiescent current of 600 nA per comparator. The device provides rail-to-rail input, a typical propagation delay of 4 µs with 100 mV overdrive, and internal voltage hysteresis of 3.3 mV to reduce output switching from noise. Its push-pull output is CMOS/TTL-compatible, and this extended temperature range version is specified for operation from -40°C to +125°C.
