The MIC2506YM-TR from Microchip Technology is dual high-side 1A current limitng power switch that consist of TTL-compatible control/enable inputs, a charge pump, and protected N-channel MOSFETs. The MIC2506YM-TR can be used instead of separate high-side drivers and MOSFETs in many low-voltage applications. This surface mount power switch operates at 2.7V to 7.5V voltage range and comes in 8-SOIC package. Operating temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C.
