The NRVTS2H60ESFT3G is a 60V, 2A Trench Schottky rectifier designed for very low forward voltage and low leakage. It leverages fine lithography trench-based technology to achieve a low forward voltage of 0.58V at 2.0A and 125°C, which minimizes power loss and improves efficiency. This device features fast switching, exceptional temperature stability, and a wide operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. As an AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable component, it is ideal for automotive applications such as high-frequency DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, reverse battery protection, and instrumentation.
