The OVSRRGBCC3 is a compact, full-color (RGB) surface-mount LED in a miniature 1204 package designed for high-density applications. It integrates an AlInGaP red die with a typical intensity of 105 mcd, an InGaN green die at 330 mcd, and an InGaN blue die at 110 mcd under a white diffused lens. This device offers flexible top-view or side-view mounting options and is compatible with automatic placement equipment and reflow solder processes.
