AM-5608CAR is an amorphous silicon solar cell (Amorton) designed for outdoor power generation applications. It features an integrated series connection structure fabricated on a glass substrate, delivering an open-circuit voltage of 3.3V and short-circuit current of 125.0mA under standard test conditions (AM-1.5, 100mW/cm²). The cell exhibits a maximum power output of 126mW at 3.9V and 32.0mA, with temperature coefficients of -0.3%/°C for voltage and 0.08%/°C for current, ensuring stable performance across varying environmental conditions. The device measures 60.1mm × 41.3mm × 1.10mm and weighs 11.0g, making it suitable for outdoor lighting systems, portable power applications, and renewable energy integration where reliable solar conversion is required.
