AQV251AZ is a PhotoMOS HE 1 Form A solid-state relay designed for AC/DC dual-use switching applications. It features a 60V load voltage rating, 400mA continuous load current, and 1,500Vrms I/O isolation in a surface-mount DIP6-pin package with tape and reel packing. The device offers low on-resistance of 0.6O typical (1O maximum), LED forward current of 50mA maximum, and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
