The AQW212EHAX is a DIP8-pin PhotoMOS relay featuring reinforced insulation rated at 5,000 Vrms, designed for AC/DC dual-use applications with 2 Form A output configuration. It can be used as two independent 1 Form A relays or as a single 2 Form A relay, making it suitable for controlling low-level analog signals with high sensitivity and high-speed response. The device operates with a continuous load current of 0.5 A at 60 V peak AC (or 0.6 A when using only one channel), an on-resistance of 0.83 O typical at 5 mA LED current, and an off-state leakage current of maximum 1 µA.
