AQW216EHAX is a DIP8-pin PhotoMOS relay featuring reinforced insulation rated at 5,000 Vrms with more than 0.4 mm internal insulation distance between inputs and outputs, conforming to EN41003 and EN60950 standards. This 2 Form A relay is designed to control low-level analog signals with extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage, enabling distortion-free signal processing, and operates with high sensitivity requiring only 5 mA input current while supporting a maximum load current of 0.05 A (single channel) or 0.04 A (dual channel) at 480 V peak AC load voltage. The device exhibits fast operation speed with typical turn-on time of 0.5 ms and turn-off time of 0.04 ms, combined with low off-state leakage current of maximum 1 µA.
