AQW654 is a PhotoMOS solid-state relay featuring both 1 Form A (normally open) and 1 Form B (normally closed) contacts in a compact DIP8-pin package. It offers high sensitivity with a 5 mA input current controlling up to 0.16 A load current, along with low on-resistance of maximum 11 O when using a single channel. The device supports AC/DC dual-use operation with a load voltage rating of 400 V and provides excellent I/O isolation of 1,500 Vrms. With extremely low off-state leakage current of maximum 1 µA and low closed-circuit offset voltage, it enables control of low-level analog signals without distortion. Common applications include high-speed inspection machines, data communication equipment, telephone equipment, and sensing equipment.
