The AQY280EH is an AC/DC PhotoMOS relay designed for general-purpose switching applications requiring high isolation and low leakage current. It features a reinforced 5,000V AC input-to-output isolation voltage with more than 0.4mm internal insulation distance, conforming to EN41003 and EN60950 standards. The relay operates with a maximum 400V peak AC load voltage and 120mA continuous load current, delivering low on-resistance and stable operation without metallic contact parts. With an off-state leakage current of only 100pA at rated load voltage, the AQY280EH provides superior performance compared to conventional solid-state relays.
