AQY2C1R2P is a capacitor-coupled (CC) isolation type PhotoMOS relay designed for low power consumption switching applications. It features a super miniature TSON package with a 3.5 mm² mounting area, approximately 46% smaller than previous SON type products. The relay operates with an input voltage range of 3 V to 5 V and offers extremely low input current consumption of 0.2 mA maximum (0.09 mA typical at 5 V).
