The AQY410S is a PhotoMOS relay designed for AC/DC dual-use applications with a load voltage rating of 350V peak and continuous load current of 120mA. It features a compact SOP4-pin package measuring 4.3 × 4.4 × 2.1 mm with low on-resistance of 26O typical (35O maximum) and an exceptionally low off-state leakage current of 1µA maximum. The device operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and provides 1,500Vrms I/O isolation voltage, making it suitable for precision control applications.
