AQZ104 is a PhotoMOS Power 1 Form A solid-state relay designed for DC-only applications requiring high voltage switching capability. It features a maximum load voltage of 400 V DC with a continuous load current rating of 0.7 A, combined with extremely low on-resistance of 0.55 O (maximum) and a peak load current capability of 1.5 A. The device offers high I/O isolation voltage of 2,500 Vrms, low off-state leakage current of maximum 10 µA, and operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
