The AQZ202 is an AC/DC dual-use PhotoMOS solid-state relay designed for switching applications requiring both AC and DC load capability. It features a slim SIL4-pin package with extremely low on-resistance of 0.11 O (typical) and a high I/O isolation voltage of 2,500 Vrms, providing excellent electrical isolation between input and output circuits. The device operates with an LED forward current range of 5–30 mA and supports peak AC/DC load voltages up to 60 V with continuous load currents of 3.0 A, making it suitable for industrial control applications. With a maximum off-state leakage current of 10 µA, low thermoelectric force, and no contact noise or arcing, the AQZ202 eliminates the need for protective diodes and external power supplies in drive circuits.
