CP50341 is a solid-state Peltier thermoelectric cooling module featuring arcTEC™ structure technology for enhanced performance and precise temperature control. The module operates at a maximum input voltage of 8.6 Vdc with a maximum input current of 5.0 A, delivering a maximum heat absorption (Qmax) of 23.0 W at a reference temperature of 27°C and 25.7 W at 50°C, with an internal resistance of 1.29 O (±10%). The device has a compact 30 mm × 30 mm × 4.0 mm ceramic plate construction with 96% AL2O3 material, tin-plated 20 AWG wire leads, and silicon rubber 703 RTV sealing. CP50341 achieves maximum temperature differentials of 70°C at 27°C reference and 77°C at 50°C reference, enabling quiet, vibration-free cooling for precision temperature management in instrumentation, medical devices, and thermal control systems.
