The 66L115 is a subminiature 8-pin DIP bimetallic thermostat that provides accurate and reliable temperature sensing with snap-action switching in a single compact device. It features gold-plated contacts rated for up to 1.0 A at 120 VAC or 48 VDC, with extended life capability of 100,000 cycles at 5 VDC (0.001 A gold contact rating), and operates across a temperature range of 40°C to 130°C with a standard tolerance of ±5°C. The device is RoHS compliant, sealed with high-temperature epoxy for wave soldering and board washing, and constructed with a PPS base material (94 V0 rated) and gold-plated contacts with silver crossbar for superior reliability and chemical resistance.
