The 67F120P is a subminiature bimetallic thermostat from the Airpax 6700 series designed for accurate thermal sensing and switching in a single device. It features a positive snap action, single pole/single throw configuration with gold-plated contacts and operates over a temperature range of 40°C to 130°C with a standard temperature tolerance of ±5°C. The thermostat provides switch capability up to 0.5 A at 48 VDC and achieves low-level switching down to 0.001 A at 5 VDC for 100,000 cycles, with contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum. Thermal conductivity is primarily through the terminals and mounting bracket, making it ideal for both surface mount and ambient air sensing applications on crowded PC boards, power supplies, and thermal management systems. The device is RoHS compliant, VDE approved with optional plastic mounting bracket, and rated for up to 20,000 life cycles at maximum standard amperage or 100,000 life cycles with gold contact amperage.
