67L115 is a subminiature bimetallic disc thermostat from the Airpax 6700 series, designed to open contacts on rising temperature (limit function) at a nominal 115°C operating point with ±5°C tolerance. This RoHS compliant, single pole/single throw device features gold-plated contacts, a TO-220/Y-220 package standard, and offers up to 20,000 life cycles at 0.5A/48VDC or 100,000 cycles at gold contact amperage. The thermostat provides 50 milliohms maximum contact resistance, 100 Mohms insulation resistance at 500 VDC, and operates within a long-term exposure range of -55°C to 160°C.
