The 67L130P is a subminiature bimetallic thermostat from the Airpax 6700 series designed for accurate thermal sensing and switching in power supplies and crowded PC boards. This RoHS-compliant device features positive snap action with single pole/single throw contact operation, gold-plated contacts, and operates at a set temperature of 130°C (±5°C) with a minimum differential of 9°C and minimum reset temperature of 90°C. The thermostat provides switch capability up to 0.5 A at 48 VDC and achieves low-level switching down to 0.001 A at 5 VDC for 100,000 cycles, with contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum. The plastic mounting bracket ("P" designation) offers 2000 VAC dielectric strength with VDE approval, and the device is sealed with high-temperature epoxy for wave soldering and moisture protection.
