ADE1004 is a 10-position DIP switch designed for through-hole PCB mounting with insert-mount capability. The switch features a maximum contact rating of 100 mA at 24 VDC, with initial contact resistance of 50 mO and insulation resistance of 1,000 MO minimum at 100 VDC. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C with a mechanical life expectancy of 1,000 cycles and an operating force of less than 800 grams. The switch is constructed with a PPS base and cover (UL94V-O rated), a white PA6T actuator, and gold-flashed copper alloy contacts, making it suitable for industrial control panels, instrumentation, and automated equipment where configuration flexibility and reliable switching are required.
