165004 is a pre-insulated PLASTI-GRIP standard spade terminal designed for secure electrical terminations in commercial and industrial applications. It features a high conductivity copper body with PVC color-coded insulation and is designed for 22-16 AWG (0.26-1.65 mm²) wire sizes with a #4 stud size. The terminal has a width of 5.54 mm (0.218 inch), length of 19.91 mm (0.784 inch), and a wire barrel minimum inside diameter of 4.06 mm (0.160 inch). The funneled wire entry prevents turned back wire strands while serrations in the crimp barrel provide maximum contact and tensile strength. This terminal is rated for 600V operating voltage and 105°C maximum operating temperature with UL/CSA approval, making it suitable for panel boxes, motors, switchgear, power supplies, and HVAC applications.
