The 35362 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for reliable wire termination in control circuits and power wiring applications. It accommodates 16-14 AWG wire (2.050–5.180 circular mils, 1.04–2.62 mm²) and features a 1/4" M6 stud connection with yellow/black insulation color coding for easy identification. The terminal has a tongue material thickness of 0.050" (1.27 mm) and dimensions of W: 0.531" (13.49 mm), C: 0.437" (11.10 mm), E: 1.17" (28.37 mm), and L: 1.385" (35.18 mm). The wire insulation diameter maximum is 0.300" (7.62 mm). The terminal incorporates serrations inside the barrel for exceptional contact and tensile strength, nylon insulation providing high dielectric strength, and a funnel entry design for easy wire insertion during high-speed production.
