TJT15047RJ is a 150W aluminium enclosed power resistor from the TJT series, designed for direct heat sink attachment with excellent heat transfer and compact dimensions. The resistor features a tolerance of ±5%, temperature coefficient less than ±260 PPM/°C, and operates reliably over a temperature range from -25°C to 250°C with linear derating from 100% at 25°C to 0 at 260°C. It offers a resistance range of 1R0 to 1K0 ohms, dielectric strength of 1500V, and demonstrates exceptional electrical stability with insulation resistance greater than 500 MO.
