HFW1130F01 is a half-size high-performance relay designed for demanding applications requiring hermetic sealing and reliable switching. The relay features a 2 Form C (DPDT) contact arrangement with hardened silver alloy stationary contacts and gold-plated hardened silver alloy moveable contacts, supporting up to 2 amps switching at 28 Vdc with contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum before life testing. Operating over a coil voltage range of 5 to 48 Vdc with a maximum coil power of 1.4 watts at 25°C, the relay delivers excellent RF switching performance with low RF losses (0.1 dB at 100 MHz) and high isolation (40 dB at 100 MHz). The device exhibits high shock and vibration ratings (100 G shock, 20 G vibration standard), 50 million mechanical life expectancy, and operates continuously across a temperature range of -65°C to +125°C, making it ideal for aerospace, military, and RF switching applications where reliability and performance are critical.
