It is manufactured from a semi-flexible, low-fire-hazard ZEROHAL polyolefin material and is supplied with an S-1030 adhesive coating for a robust seal. As supplied, the boot features major and minor entry diameters of 1.70 inches. After heat application, it recovers to a minimum major diameter of 0.90 inches and a minimum minor diameter of 0.56 inches. This component is ideal for protecting cable terminations and transitions in applications where low smoke and fume generation are critical.
