E14-50H is a single pole snap action switch featuring a high ratio lever actuator with double throw (SPDT) circuitry. This switch is rated for 25 A at 125/250 VAC, 1 HP at 125 VAC / 2 HP at 250 VAC, and 2 A at 48 VDC, with a mechanical life of 6000 operations. The high ratio lever actuator provides a maximum operating force of 170 g (0.37 lb), max pre-travel of 13.34 mm (0.525 in), operating point of 11.10 ± 1.57 mm (0.437 ± 0.062 in), and min over-travel of 5.54 mm (0.218 in). Constructed with a phenolic case, copper terminals and moving blade, stainless steel spring, and silver alloy contacts, it operates at temperatures up to 105°C standard with higher temperature versions available. Common applications include household appliances, automated assembly lines, brake switches on utility vehicles, industrial door openers, and vending machines.
