The 67F070P is a subminiature bimetallic thermostat from the Airpax 6700 series designed for accurate thermal sensing and switching in compact applications. This RoHS-compliant device features positive snap action, single pole/single throw operation with close-on-rise (fan) contact operation and a factory-preset operating temperature of 70°C (±5°C). The thermostat achieves up to 20,000 life cycles at 48 VDC with 0.5 A switching capability, or up to 100,000 life cycles at 5 VDC with 0.001 A gold contact switching, and includes gold-plated contacts with 50 milliohms maximum contact resistance. It conforms to the international Y220/TC220 package standard, enabling automated PCB placement and soldering, and features a nickel-plated copper mounting bracket (standard) or optional plastic bracket with VDE approval. The 67F070P is ideal for thermal management on power supplies, crowded PCBs, and applications requiring reliable temperature-based switching such as indicator lights, alarms, control circuits, and system shutdown functions in computers, aerospace, automotive, and medical devices.
