ADP04 is a 4-position DIP switch featuring a piano actuator mechanism and lever-down "on" configuration, available in multiple termination options (PC, S, and SA) for both through-hole and surface mount applications. The switch incorporates high-pressure wiping contacts that enable reliable operation with aqueous or solvent cleaning without requiring tape seals, and is designed for auto-insertable assembly processes. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and can withstand solder heat resistance of 245°C ±5°C for 30 seconds when mounted on a 0.060" thick PCB per MIL-STD-202 Method 210. The switch features gas-tight contacts and is shipped in the off position, making it suitable for industrial control systems, consumer electronics, and instrumentation applications where reliable switching and configuration flexibility are required.
