34143 is a pre-insulated PLASTI-GRIP solderless ring tongue terminal designed for secure electrical connections. It features PVC insulation with a funneled wire entry that prevents turned back wire strands and permits rapid wire insertion during high-speed production. The terminal accommodates 22-16 AWG (0.26-1.65 mm²) wire sizes with an M3S stud size, and has a width of 7.14 mm (281 mil) and length of 20.55 mm. The wire barrel has a minimum inside diameter of 3.56 mm (0.140 inch). Common applications include panel boxes, motors, switchgear, power supplies, lighting, HVAC, and transportation, with UL/CSA approval for 600V and 105°C maximum operating temperature.
