52433-1 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for reliable electrical connections in applications ranging from control circuits to heavy-duty power wiring. This terminal accommodates wire sizes 12-10 AWG (5.18-13.0 mm²) and features a 1/4" stud size with yellow nylon insulation rated UL 94V-2. The terminal body is constructed from copper per ASTM B-152 with tin plating per ASTM B-545, and includes a metallic sleeve of nickel-plated copper for enhanced corrosion resistance. The serration or dimple feature inside the terminal barrel provides exceptional barrel contact and tensile strength, while the funnel entry design allows for easy wire insertion during high-speed production.
