QC23 is a quick connect tab accessory designed for use with Tri-Barrier block series terminal blocks, specifically compatible with JC6, SSB6, and SSB7 models. The tab features a single-side quick connect design with brass material and tin plating, measuring 0.250" wide by 0.032" thick with a 180° tab angle. It has an 8.26 mm (0.325") centerline spacing and is stackable for flexible configuration. The QC23 is RoHS and ELV compliant, wave solder capable to 240°C, 260°C, and 265°C, making it suitable for automated assembly processes. This accessory is commonly used in barrier strip terminal block applications where quick-connect functionality and reliable electrical connections are required.
