JMAC-30XP is a double-pole electrically held low-signal relay designed for applications requiring reliable switching of low-level signals with contact ratings of 1 amp or less. The relay features a hermetically sealed TO-5 package with 2 Form C (DPDT) contact arrangement, gold/platinum/palladium/silver alloy contacts (gold plated), and operates over a coil voltage range of 5 to 30 Vdc with a maximum coil power of 675 mW at 25°C. It delivers excellent RF switching performance with high shock and vibration ratings, spreader pads, and contact resistance of 100 milliohms maximum before life and 200 milliohms maximum after life. The relay achieves 1 million mechanical life operations and supports continuous duty cycle operation with a pickup voltage of approximately 50% of nominal coil voltage. Common applications include low-level signal switching in aerospace, military, and industrial control systems where hermetic sealing and high reliability are essential.
