The connector is qualified to MIL-DTL-26482 Series II and features an aluminum alloy shell with electroless nickel plating, copper alloy contacts selectively plated with 50 µin gold, and silicone-based elastomer seals. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 200°C with a recommended operating voltage of 1000 VACRMS/1275 VDC at sea level (Service Rating II), supports 500 mating cycles, and incorporates rear-release crimp contacts with closed-entry socket inserts for positive pin alignment.
