The CMT908-V4 is a common mode inductor used for EMI suppression in switchmode and high-frequency power supplies. It provides a minimum inductance of 16 mH per winding, handles an RMS current of 2.60 A, and has a maximum DC resistance of 0.16 Ω. The component also features a minimum leakage inductance of 180 µH for differential mode filtering and is constructed with UL rated materials suitable for 130°C operation. These inductors are used to eliminate noise common to all lines and minimize AC line interference created by high-frequency switching power supplies.
