The 1262 is a nontoxic, synthetic, ester-based thermal joint compound from the 126 Series, designed to enhance the thermal performance of electronic components. This nonsilicone paste features a thermal conductivity of 0.69 W/m°K, a low interface thermal resistance of 0.043°C/W, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 200°C. It also provides excellent electrical insulation with a dielectric strength of 200 volts/mil.
