It features a 6-inch long aluminum body with internal copper tubing to facilitate heat transfer to a liquid coolant. The plate exhibits an overall thermal resistance of 0.084°C/W from the plate to inlet water at a flow rate of 1.5 GPM. Local thermal resistance per device is dependent on spacing and flow rate, for example, achieving 0.52 °C/W at 1 GPM with a 1-inch device spacing. Its efficient thermal performance makes it ideal for high-power systems where reliable heat dissipation is critical for component longevity and system stability.
